Here is the hotel we will be using for a group block rate and providing a shuttle service to and from the venue. The discounted rate is good for those looking to book Thursday & Friday, as well as just Friday. All reservations for the wedding block rate must be booked by September 16th, 2025. P.S.- We will be having an After Party at the Primanti Bros right next to the hotel to keep the celebrations going!!

Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport

BWI is the most convenient airport to fly into offering many airlines and flight times to accommodate your needs. It is 63 miles from the airport to the hotel.

Flight

Harrisburg International Airport

While HIA is the closest airport to the hotel, it is very small and does not offer a lot of airline options or times. It is 35 miles from the airport to the hotel.

Shuttle

The shuttle will arrive at the hotel at 2:45pm and depart to the wedding venue at 3:15pm. The 1st trip back to the hotel from the wedding venue will be at 9:00pm. The 2nd (final) trip back to the hotel from the wedding venue will be at 10:00pm.
