Yes, we will be utilizing the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton. We have provided a block of 15 rooms to start and can add additional rooms if needed. Guests can book within our block up until September 16th, 2025. To book your accommodations please click on the "Travel" tab where you will find a direct link to the website.
Yes, the shuttle will arrive at the hotel at 2:45pm and depart to the wedding venue at 3:15pm. The 1st trip back to the hotel from the wedding venue will be at 9:00pm. The 2nd (final) trip back to the hotel from the wedding venue will be at 10:00pm.
The ceremony will be held outdoors (weather permitting) with cocktail hour and a reception indoors to follow. The barn is both AC & heat friendly.
While we love your children, we are requesting you take the night off and leave the little ones at home! This wedding is 18 and older only.

Yes, there are plenty of on-site parking spots, however please note that OVERNIGHT parking is PROHIBITED.
We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a buffet with a selection of bbq meat, sides, and salads.
Yes the drinks are on us, the dance moves are on you!
We have hired very skilled photographers & videographers to capture our special day and kindly ask that you refrain from the use of your cellphones/cameras during our ceremony.
