What should I wear?

Answer

Formal attire! We kindly request men to wear suits and women to wear formal dresses (think elegant midi or tea-length dresses). No shorts, short-sleeved shirts, athletic shoes, or flip-flops please. We love dressing for an occasion and ask our guests to don their best attire for our big day!

Are children allowed to attend?

Answer

We want all of our guests to be able to relax and enjoy the evening, so this will be an adults-only celebration.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive by 4 pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 pm and we would like everyone to have time to sign our guest book and settle in.

How to get to the venue?

Answer

As parking near the venue is very limited neighborhood street parking, we recommend taking an Uber/Lyft. Both recommended hotels are within a 20 minute drive of the venue, but as traffic in Seattle is highly variable you may want to depart your hotel a bit earlier in order to arrive on time! :)

Is there parking near the venue?

Answer

There is very limited neighborhood street parking near the venue. We strongly recommend taking an Uber or Lyft so that you do not have to stress about finding a parking spot (and so you can enjoy a drink or two)!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be held outdoors by the water, which should help us stay cool! The reception will be under a tent.

What kind of food and drinks will be served?

Answer

A variety of hors d'oeuvres will be served at cocktail hour, followed by a seated dinner during the reception. There will be an open bar throughout the entire evening serving wine, beer, and cocktails.

Where are we going for our honeymoon?

We are heading to Banff the Monday following our wedding!
