Welcome Party

6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

We will be having a welcome party on Friday evening for those in town early. Stop by for a drink and some light apps. Dinner will not be served.

Shuttle Transportation to Venue

2:15 pm - 2:45 pm

The venue is a 50 minute drive from Boise, so we are offering complimentary shuttles to and from the venue. Please let us know if you plan to take the shuttle. Shuttles will be depart from the Inn at 500 Capitol hotel to the venue between 2:30pm-2:45pm at the latest. Please arrive at the hotel by 2:15pm. If you are ubering from another area, factor in extra time as shuttles will not wait. You cannot park in the hotel parking lot for the shuttles. If you miss the shuttles, you will need to uber to the venue. Ubers will not be available to return home due to the remote location. Shuttles will leave the venue between 9:30-10:30pm. There is plenty of parking at the venue if you choose to drive.

Sunday Brunch
