Our story begins February of 2020 at best man Matt's birthday party in Philadelphia. Despite both of us not feeling up to going, our friends Matt and bridesmaid Cara convinced us separately to go. After we met that evening sparked something new and exciting. A few months later at the height of the pandemic began our quarantine "dates" where Sean would travel over from his place in Philadelphia to Lauren in Bradley Beach, NJ. What started out as just hanging out in a local restaurant parking lot where Lauren was painting a mural, flourished into weekly hangouts at the beach full of listening to music, movie nights, take out, learning how to fish and watching Lauren fall off her longboard. We had the best summer growing in love, creating memories and becoming an official couple on August 4, 2020. Sean made the easiest decision to leave the city and move to the beach with friends Steve and Billy. Lauren and Sean would spend every chance they could together, listening to Sean play guitar, walking the beaches collecting sea glass, fishing for fluke, biking to Asbury Park, going to concerts, cooking homemade meals together and everything in between. In May 2021 we moved into our little cottage by the shore in Belmar. Since then we have spent our time together on the beach, learning how to garden, hosting many barbecues with friends, and traveling to many places such as our favorite Costa Rica. At sunset on July 2, 2025 Sean proposed to Lauren at our local park on Shark River in Belmar where we had our first fishing date together 5 years earlier. Now, we are so excited to start the next chapter of our lives and celebrate our love story with all of you.
