100 Bowen Loop #200, Charlottesville, VA 22911 This is the closest airpor to the venue, about 35 mins from the venue. We will not be blocking out any flights. We will not be able to provide transportation from the airport to the hotels. Of course, if you have any questions please contact Stephanie. We will be happy to help where we can!

Comfort Inn & Suites Orange - Montpelier

There is no official, "hotel block" they advised they no longer do them. So with that being said, they do a celebration rate. When you call, mention you are attending a wedding on 10/18 and you would like to book with a celebration rate. The discount should be 15% off. Please let me know if you have questions or difficulties with this. This is also the hotel we will have a trolley leaving from to bring you to the venue. The trolley space will be limited, it is intended for those who should not drive at the end of the evening. It will depart from the hotel at 3:30 pm.

The space for this trolley is limited! It will hold at max 36 people. It is making only 1 trip. If you did not ride the trolley to the venue you shouldn't ride it back. This venue is in the country, I don't know how easy or difficult it will be to find Ubers or Lifts that night.
