There will be some very light snacks served, but not a full dinner - please eat before you come! Welcome drinks will be family friendly - if your kiddos are travelling with you to Steamboat, we'd love to see them here.

Transportation to the Venue
3:30 pm - 11:00 pm
Shuttles will pick up guests at 3:30pm SHARP from the Steamboat Grand & Gravity Haus (both at the base of the ski resort) & the Wells Fargo parking lot (located downtown) to take you to the venue. These same shuttles will be looping from the venue back to the same pick up locations after the reception. If you are staying in an Airbnb or VRBO and would like to take the shuttle, we recommend walking to one of these central pick up points, or driving and leaving your car nearby. Note that the shuttles will not be picking up guests at individual Airbnb locations!
Ceremony & Reception
4:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Transportation will be provided to and from the venue. Pay attention to the weather and dress accordingly. The ceremony will take place outside. We will have passed apps, pizza and salad for dinner, open bar and live music. Be sure to bring your dancing shoes! We love your kids, but please leave them at home for the Ceremony and Reception.
