Sofia is the Bride's older sister, but not by much, just 13 months apart. This led to always having someone to play with and to fight with lol. She has always been there as more than just a sister, as a friend, as a role model, as a hero, a person I have always looked up to and who continues to amaze me with every new chapter in her life. I couldn't imagine my wedding day without her standing by my side, as I marry the love of my life! Your my older little sister and I am so lucky to have you and I know Nolan will love all the tips you give him on handling my puerto rican sass!
Keenan Plate

19 months younger than the groom, Keenan and Nolan have been best friends their whole lives. A graduate of Loyola University of Chicago, he now resides in Anchorage, Alaska working at a refugee resettlement agency. Following a very traditional path, Keenan finished college, promptly got a job straight away, and now is most concerned with his 401K and how to be a millionaire. The most clean cut of all the Plate children, Keenan has become a spokesman for all things military and vows to join the ranks in the near future.
Ashley Ruter

Ileana and Ashley actually met back in 2015-2016 when her husband Jesse and I were in training down in Florida. When I first met her I could immediately tell how fun and outgoing she was, it was never a dull moment with Ashley around. We continued our friendship as we both got stationed in North Carolina and then again in Idaho. Ashley and Jesse have truly become family over the years. I've been so lucky to have them in my life and been able to watch their beautiful family grow and continue growing. Can't wait for them to be a part of our big day, as our family grows.
Colin Fisher

The relationship started out rocky as Nolan moved to Ohio from Alabama and was told multiple times to go back to where he came from by Colin, but all that is water under the bridge now. After rooming with Nolan at Ohio State where he spent most of his time studying, Colin graduated and started working for CBRE in Columbus. He enjoys fish sticks and traveling the world, but despises all things Notre Dame and bourbon.

Erin is the Grooms older sister, if you couldn't tell by the last name lol. She is an adventurous, intelligent and caring person. She has been overseas for most of the time I have been dating Nolan but that hasn't kept her from reaching out through letters, calls and visits. It has been fun getting to know her and and becoming a part of her family. She has been the sweetest in helping me navigate a family full of boys and become a Plate! Erin i'm looking forward to gaining a sister and bringing some more girl power to the family!
Brendan Plate

Brendan is Nolan’s 20 year old younger brother. He is a sophomore at The University of Creighton in Omaha, NE where he is a part of ROTC and working towards an International Relations degree. He decided on Creighton SOLELY because Nolan lived in Omaha at the time, and he was so devastated at the news that Nolan was moving to Pensacola that he is actively seeking to transfer to the University of West Florida. If you ever get a chance to be SnapChat friends with Brendan, he is an entertaining add.
Colleen Berenguer

Colleen is another friend the Air Force has fortunately given me and were also stationed in North Carolina and Idaho together. Where I got to be flying crew-mates with her amazing husband Kurt, who was my rock through training and never gave up an opportunity to give a lending hand. Colleen has been a phenomenal inspiration in my life and makes me proud to have a friend like her to be able to talk to and be around. She is definitely family and someone who I can always count to have margaritas with me and to Over-G lol. Save some tequila for me at the reception!
Connor Mallory

Connor has been Nolan's roommate for the past five years, but was told by Ileana that the time to leave the nest had come. Meeting for the first time in Pensacola, Nolan and Connor became best friends, bonding over similar Saturday morning routines. An avid vegetarian, Connor always knows the best restaurants to go to, no matter where you are in the country. With the fall of the Florida State Seminoles football program, he has vowed to put all his time and energy into finding a cure for lactose intolerance.
Lucia Dargam

If you don't know Lucia, then you will after this wedding. She will be the one tearing up the dance floor with her Husband Tadeo. After all they are professional dancers with their own dance company. Lucia every time we get to hang out with each other it is always a fun time full of wonderful memories. You have become true family throughout the years and have been a rock to lean on, always looking out for my sister and Sebastian like a Tia, when i'm not around. Can't wait to celebrate this special day with you by my side.

A year behind Nolan in high school, Brian was always too intimidated by Nolan to try and become friends, until he also became roommate at Ohio State. Knowing where he stood in the group, Brian volunteered to live in the basement of our pristine college house where he continued to play second fiddle in most things be it NBA 2K or in the unofficial "best hair" competition. After pushing him to leave his comfort zone in Ohio, Nolan finally convinced him to move to San Francisco, CA where he works for StubHub. He is still open to any and all hair tips and recommendations.

Diana is my younger cousin, and since the day she was born I couldn't stop imaging the day I could take her shopping or have a girls day with her. Its been hard being apart, since she lives in Puerto Rico but since she was little she would always call me just to talk about anything at all. You have grown up into such a beautiful, smart, fun woman and sharing this day with you by my side is going to be such an emotional amazing experience.
Aidan Plate

Aidan is Nolan’s 18 year old younger (and shorter) brother and attends high school in Dayton, OH. Trying, unsuccessfully, to live up to his eldest brother’s football legacy, he has decided to quit football and commit himself to becoming an all-world Spikeball player. He is still waiting on his first victory against Nolan in that arena; however, he does own the Plate record for most laps around the house which some would say isn't quite a victory. His mentor and friend Mr. Mint inspired him to get a part time job at Canes, and Aidan is always available for free Caniacs whenever he is at work.
John Ehrensberger

Attending rival high schools, John always wished he would've gone to Alter. Another Ohio State roommate, John couldn't be kept out of the bars and the Ohio State nightlife. After living and working in California for a couple years, Ohio called him back where he is examining the meaning of life. He has dabbled in ligation, making a name for himself in the national community by winning a high-profile lawsuit against a multimillionaire. A man of many interests and hobbies, he has recently started to learn how to play the guitar and his favorite movie is the summer classic, "Beach Kings."
