What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

We recommend cocktail attire, but there is no dress code. Please come comfortably, and as yourself!

Should I Drive or Uber?

Answer

The reception has both street parking nearby and a parking lot across the street. However, Lyft and Uber are great options if you are staying at a hotel downtown.

Where do I park for the reception?

Answer

At Salvage One (NOTE: The address is 1840 W Hubbard, the invite says 840 which is incorrect), parking is typically easily available on the streets nearby. There is an additional free parking lot open for use on the south side of the street, across from Salvage One.

Where should I park for the ceremony?

Answer

At Rockefeller, parking is typically easily available on surrounding streets, the Midway Plaisance, and in the adjacent Lexington Parking Lot at 5835 S. University Avenue. The gate to the Lexington Lot raises automatically on evenings and weekends and there is no charge.

Hotel Parking?

Answer

Hotel Parking in this area of Chicago is quite expensive. Spot Hero is my favorite app to find discounted parking at nearby garages.
