This bridge in Austin is famous for being the home to over a million bats. While October nears the end of their season, you still may get a brilliant show of them coming out to feast during sunset on the bridge.
If you go nowhere else, at least go here! Enjoy some great coffee, and freshly baked goods (yum!), on the deck overlooking lake Austin. Often times there will be live music on the weekends to enjoy. Don't be intimidated by the long line, it goes fast!
