Shuttle to the wedding

You have 3 options for getting to and from the wedding. 1) Shuttle - We will have a shuttle going around picking folks up from a few major locations between 2:30 and 2:45pm on Sunday at a central location in Mendocino (walking distance from most hotels), AND at a central location in Fort Bragg if any guests choose to stay there. Shuttles will also do a drop-off loop with more destinations after the reception. *Note, if you would like to take a shuttle and are not located in near downtown Mendocino, or downtown Fort bragg, please email us. 2) Drive yourself - There will be ample parking at the reception if you select to drive. Please do not arrive later than 3:00pm. 3) Walk - many of the hotels are within close walking distance to the venue, so feel free to take in some of the warm California summer air and hoof it. We will then be taking shuttles from the reception (Spring Ranch) to a nearby location for the ceremony.

Travel to Friday Fun Day

For our fun day on Friday, please plan to drive yourself to Spring Ranch, and drive yourself home after. This is a casual event, so plan to arrive when you can in the afternoon.

Reception Shuttle

The reception will be at Noyo Harbor Inn, which is a 15-minute drive south of Spring Ranch and Mendocino. There are two options for transport. 1) We have hired two shuttles and we can pick you up at your hotel around 5:30pm 2) you can drive yourself, and meet there at 6pm.

Traveling to Mendocino

Mendocino is about a 3.25 hour drive from San Francisco! For non-northern CA guests, we suggest you fly into SFO (SF airport) and rent a car. It is a gorgeous drive, so it wouldn't be the worst decision to get into SFO on Friday afternoon and drive out while there's light! The road is also very curvy for much of the route, for those of you who would prefer not to brave that stretch at night, plan accordingly. Suggested driving route from San Francisco: Highway 101 --> Rural highway 128 --> Highway 1 FYI: Sacramento is a longer drive. We recommend flying into SFO, not Sacramento.

Choosing where to stay

Wedding party will be staying at Spring Ranch, where most of the weekend festivities will be held. For all other guests, you have lots of options, but lodging books VERY FAST around Mendocino on a holiday weekend! IF YOU PRIORITIZE PROXIMITY TO SPRING RANCH... Then we have great news for you! There are numerous Bed & Breakfasts within a mile of Spring Ranch! Although they will book up very quickly, and they may be on the higher end of pricing. See below for list. IF YOU PRIORITIZE BUDGET... The nearest B&B's to Spring Ranch tend to be pricy. So, check out our list below (or google) of suggested lodging in the fabulously charming town of Mendocino (~2.5 miles away), OR even more budget friendly options in the coastal town of Fort Bragg (~15 miles away).
