Are kids invited to the wedding?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, we regretfully cannot accommodate children due to budget/space limitations. We kindly ask this to be an adult-only celebration.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Our wedding is RSVP only and we can only accommodate those listed on your invitation. We have a strict guest list to stay on budget and to stay within our venue capacity. Thank you for understanding.

Where can I stay?

Answer

The entire lodge is reserved for our family and friends for our wedding weekend. You will receive a reservation code with your invite. You will use that code to book your room at checkout through the Chalet View website. If you have any further questions about booking your room, please reach out to us.

When/What day do you expect us to be there?

Answer

If you choose to arrive Friday, we invite all guests to join us that evening for a Welcome Party at 6:30 pm to settle in and mingle with other guests. Otherwise, the ceremony will be scheduled Saturday evening and we will see you then! :D

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We will be having a Welcome Party located at Villa 2 for all guests arriving on Friday. The welcome party will be on Friday, May 12, 2023 at 6:30 pm with tacos and drinks for everyone. The dress code for the welcome party is business casual :) We hope to see you there!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dressed up for our special day! We are requesting a formal dress code for our wedding. Anything from gowns and tuxes to suits and cocktail dresses are welcome. We can’t wait to see everyone! :D

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by March 15th, 2023.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 5:30 pm. Please arrive around 5pm to ensure you find your seat(s).

Will the ceremony and/or reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be outdoors with the reception held under a tent. Please note that both the ceremony and reception may be on grass.

Can I attend the wedding rehearsal?

Answer

The wedding rehearsal will only be for those involved in the wedding ceremony.

Can we bring our own food & drinks?

Answer

Yes! For your convenience there is a mini fridge located in each room. We have also listed a few grocery stores incase the need to make a quick stop. Please see the "Things to do" section for this list.

What should I do if I/we cannot make it?

Answer

You will definitely be missed! But we understand if you are unable to attend. Please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP ‘no’ so that we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes. You will be able to notify us of any food allergies and/or if you’d like a vegetarian option for dinner on your RSVP card.

What time is the reception?

Cocktails, dinner and dancing will immediately follow the ceremony.
