Is everyone invited to Florida?

Answer

While we'd love to invite everyone to our wedding ceremony in Florida, we have made the decision to keep it very intimate with only our wedding party and parents in attendance. We will be having a reception in Appleton on 5/21/22 with all of our close friends and extended family members. We can't wait to celebrate with everyone there!

Are kids invited?

Answer

While we love your kiddos, both our wedding (3/13) and reception (5/21) are going to be an adults-only events so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us.

Are the ceremony and reception in Florida located at the same place?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony will take place on the beach directly in front of the pavilion, where the reception will be held.

Will there be transportation provided to/from the hotel and venue in Florida?

Answer

Yes, we will provide transportation in Florida. Please see the travel page for more details!

What time should we arrive to the wedding venue?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5:00pm. We ask that you arrive between 4:30-4:45pm to get settled. We will have a shuttle picking up at the hotels/houses between 4:00pm-4:15pm.

Will there be a reception in Wisconsin?

Answer

Yes, after our very intimate ceremony in Florida in March, we will have a larger reception in Appleton, WI on May 21, 2022. This will be for all of our friends & family. Further details can be found on the schedule page.

What time should we arrive to the reception in Appleton?

Answer

Cocktails will start at 5:00pm, and dinner will start at 6:00pm. Please arrive sometime between 5:00pm-6:00pm to grab a drink and mingle before dinner!

Are there hotel rooms booked in Appleton?

Answer

Yes, we have booked a hotel room block in Appleton at the CopperLeaf Hotel. Please see the travel page for hotel information in Appleton.

Will there be transportation provided in Appleton after the reception?

Answer

No, the hotels are within walking distance to the venue. We also suggest Uber or Lyft as they are easily accessible in downtown Appleton.
