Longbranch Saloon
In our opinion, the most underrated restaurant in Berkeley. The fare is new-American and they value everything we love - locally-sourced ingredients, an extensive beer and whiskey list.
Coach Sushi
This was one of our first dates in Oakland and we've since become proud regulars. The sushi is great, there's the added ambiance of being right next to Lake Merritt, oh, and they're also serving up bottomless masu sake for $5.
SLIVER Pizzeria
Grab a sliver (or two) of pizza from one of our favorites since our days at Cal.
