Ed and I first crossed paths at a gym in my hometown. I happened to throw on a SIU shirt, little did I know we already had something in common. Both of us graduated from SIU, which instantly sparked conversation. When I shared that I was moving to Chicago, he offered to show me around being the gentleman that he is. Within a few days of moving to the city, we went on our first date at (drumroll) Big Star! We spent the day getting to know each other while sipping on michelada’s and eating tacos. The rest is history as they say!
