What about the changing travel climate due to the coronavirus ?

Dearest Friends and Family: Same couple, same place, different date. As you know, the situation with COVID-19 is still unfolding. As such, we hope you will finally be able to join us in celebration in November. Our venue is strictly outdoors and any updated guidelines and precautions will be followed. We want all of our guests to feel complete comfort in their decision to attend or to wish us well from afar. When you have decided, please submit your RSVP by the deadline to each event through our website. Love, Noelle & Brad

When does the ceremony start?

Answer

We need guests to be seated by 4:30pm as the ceremony starts promptly at that time. Please arrive early if you can. If you are running late, please note that you will be held at the entrance gate until the end of the ceremony as per the venue's policy.

All events will be held outdoors.

Will there be food?

Appetizers and a sit down buffet dinner will be provided if you have submitted your RSVP by the deadline.

We adore your children but have limited space (and intend to party). Please make it a date night!

Un-Plugged Ceremony?

Answer

We have decided, along with our photographer to make this an un-plugged ceremony; leaving your phone inside your pocket until after the vows. After the vows are said, please take as many photos as you like. Include the hashtag #BNLove on any social media. Thank you for understanding and supporting us.

When does the party end?

Answer

Last call is 45 minutes before the end of the event. Everyone must be offsite by 11pm, but we can continue to party elsewhere.

We've been together for a year or two. We don't really need anything new. Can I bring a date?

Our wedding is RSVP only. We have a strict guest list in order to stay on budget. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding.

An outside smoking area will be designated. There is no smoking inside any of the buildings or near the designated food/catering areas.

Parking?

There is free parking on site right next to the wedding venue in a dirt parking lot. There are selected spots up front for those requiring extra care/assistance. The venue will be lit when guests leave at night.

Directions from 101 Freeway

Answer

We are located at 3370 Sunset Valley Road in Moorpark, CA 93021 & share the same parking entrance as Underwood Family Farms. 101 Freeway - Take the Fillmore/CA-23 exit off of the 101 Freeway. Exit Tierra Rejada Road & turn left. At Sunset Valley Rd, turn left. You will pass an equestrian center on the left. The next property is Underwood Family Farms. Turn left into Underwood Family Farms. Once you enter their parking lot, please follow the green & white Walnut Grove signs straight back & around to Walnut Grove. We are tucked behind Underwood Farms. Please park on the grass lawn.
