Hotel Accommodations: We are so excited and grateful to share that the rooms available within our original wedding block rate at The Windsor Suites have been filled. We are truly overwhelmed by the love and excitement surrounding our wedding weekend! For any guests who still need accommodations, The Windsor Suites may still have additional rooms available outside of our original block rate, depending on availability. Guests are welcome to contact the hotel directly or check online for current rates. Shuttle Services from Hotel to Venue

Shuttle service will be provided for guests between The Windsor Suites Hotel and Ballroom at the Ben by Sterling Limousine & Transportation Services. Mini Coach shuttles have been reserved to ensure smooth travel for our guests. Departure and return times will be shared directly with those staying at The Windsor Suites. Please note: The trolley service is reserved exclusively for the bridal party. For guests who plan to drive, the Ballroom at the Ben’s parking package will be available - additional details will be provided closer to the wedding date to assist with planning.
