What time should I arrive for the ceremony?


Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 1:00 PM. We recommend arriving 15–20 minutes early to allow time for seating.

Is there a color we should avoid wearing?

While we do not have a specific color palette for guests, we kindly request that olive green be reserved for the bridal party.

What should we do between the ceremony and cocktail hour?

Answer

There will be a gap between the ceremony and reception, so feel free to explore Philadelphia or relax at the hotel. Some nearby favorites include:
 • Reading Terminal Market (food + snacks)
 • Rittenhouse Square (coffee, shopping, strolling)
 • City Hall & LOVE Park photos
 • The Barnes Foundation or Philadelphia Museum of Art
 • Grab a drink at a nearby café or bar
 We encourage you to enjoy the city before celebrating with us in the evening!

What if I arrive before the 4 PM hotel check-in time?

Answer

The Windsor Suites is happy to hold your luggage if you arrive early, so you can relax or explore the area until your room is ready.

Yes, guest parking will be available directly across the street from Ballroom at the Ben for your convenience.
