What time should I arrive?

Answer

Kindly arrive by 3:30 PM to allow ample time to settle into your seat before the ceremony begins.

What should I wear?

Answer

Semi-formal or dressy casual wedding attire. No jeans or shorts during ceremony.

Where to park?

Answer

There is a large grass lot at the front of the venue. You can park here. There should be a parking attendant to help navigate.

Are children invited?

Answer

We respectfully ask that guests be 21 or older. While we absolutely love children, we’ve decided to make this a special adults-only event. We appreciate your understanding and hope you can join us for this memorable day!

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors, beneath a beautiful canopy of pine trees. In the event of light rain, the ceremony will continue outdoors; however, we have a backup plan for severe weather. The reception will be held inside the barn venue.

Are the bathrooms handicap accessible?

Yes! They are inside the building. :)

Is smoking allowed at the venue?

Answer

Due to the fire hazards posed by the surrounding pine trees and natural environment, the venue has designated specific smoking areas. We kindly ask that you PLEASE adhere to this guideline.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

YES!! ....Have you met the groom? But..please drink responsibly, UBER and rideshare is not super accessible in the area.

What's the best way to RSVP and when is the deadline?

Answer

Kindly use the RSVP tab to let us know you are coming by Friday May, 16th! If not, please bring a chair and a sandwich. :P

When will the reception end?

Answer

Last call at the bar will be 10:50pm and music will end at 11:00pm.

Have you booked hotel room blocks for guests?

Answer

At this time, we have not arranged for hotel room blocks. However, there are many lovely Airbnbs in the area, as well as a variety of hotels within 15-25 minutes of the venue. Additionally, Frankenmuth is located just 20 miles away, offering a charming destination perfect for a long weekend or for families traveling. Check out our travel tab for suggested hotels.
