Yes kids are allowed at all wedding events. Babysitting will be provided the cocktail hour and reception if you would prefer to have some adult time. A separate kid's buffet will be available in the babysitting area. Please make sure you RSVP for your children so we have a headcount. We'll be contacting you to find out if you are interested in using the babysitter.
Be comfortable! The venue doesn't have a dress code and neither do we. Wear whatever makes you comfortable. It will be warm, current weather reports say low 80s, but the ceremony site will be shady. Extra points for coordinating with our colors (dark purple, royal blue, magenta) or theme (unicorns in space). **We recommend flats - the ceremony site is grassy
We will not be sending invitations through the mail. Please RSVP through the website even if you have already RSVP'd on facebook or verbally. We will be doing our headcount for each event based on the numbers from the website.
Yes! There will be a shuttle from the Red Lion hotel at 2:30 pm arriving at the venue in time for the pre-ceremony cocktail hour and back to the Red Lion starting around 9.
Yes! Please indicate your allergy when you RSVP. There will be an option to note any allergies when you RSVP for the reception.
Please arrive at the venue by 5. The ceremony site is about one mile from the venue. There is limited parking at the ceremony site so we ask anyone who is driving to carpool and there will be a shuttle going from the venue.

We know this is a destination wedding for most of you and we are grateful for your presence at our wedding and in our lives so please know while gifts are appreciated they certainly aren't expected.
