Kaitlin is Lauren's younger sister and Maid of Honor. The Anna to her Elsa. As kids Lauren would get her little sister in trouble quite a lot (breaking mom's duck plate and writing on the family minivan with a rock, to name a few times). They have come a long way since those days and now love enjoying nights filled with bad movies, junk food, candy and takeout. As they both have grown up and gone through some of life’s ugliest and most beautiful moments together, their bond has only grown stronger. When Lauren needs her sister, she is always there. Whether she needs a shoulder to lean on, a good cry session, or a laugh about things that no one else finds funny, Kaitlin will always and forever be her person. Lauren could not imagine her big day without her sister by her side!
Trevor Harnen
Best Man
Trevor is Andre’s best friend, oldest friend, baldest friend and of course his BEST MAN. They met in Kindergarten at Noxon Road Elementary School, and as the kids say, it was a wrap. They were best friends all through high school but drifted apart in college. However, their bond eventually brought them back together in 2014 and they quickly made up for lost times. For seven years the boys explored the craft beer scene of Brooklyn, played rec softball, watched football most weekends, and more importantly became brothers. If you ask them, they’ll say the best part of the last few years wasn’t the laughs, but Lauren and Steph also becoming best friends. Andre had the honor of being Trevor’s best man when he married Stephanie, and he’s honored to have Trev by his side on his special day.
Fallon Noble

Fallon is Lauren's sister-in-law and by far the best basketball player in the family (sorry, Dave). Lauren met Fallon when she was just 20 years old and never let Dave live down the fact that his girlfriend couldn’t come to the bar with them. Eventually Lauren gave in and could not have been happier she did. The years after those first few jokes were filled with jump squats at Planet Fitness, eating salads at George's diner, playing balloon volleyball and painting nails at Providence Rest, and flaunting their yoga pants at the neighborhood bars. Fallon has always been incredibly welcoming to Lauren (and the entire Noble family). It is truly an honor to have her in the bridal party!
David Noble
Groomsman
Dave is Lauren’s older brother and Andre’s brother-in-law to be. Andre remembers how nervous Lauren was when she drove them to meet Dave and his now wife, Fallon. Andre spent the drive making bad jokes that only increased her anxiety. The first half of the dinner went smooth with both couples exchanging pleasantries and Dave and Fallon getting to know Andre. Then something clicked. It could have been their passion for sports, or their love/hate relationship with the Yankees but it quickly felt like the two had known each other for years. After only 2 months of dating, Andre told Dave that he was going to marry her one day. “Okay, yeah, buddy” was the response, and Andre made sure he reminded Dave of that on 10/18/20, when Andre officially asked for Lauren’s hand in marriage.
Camille Gutierrez

Camille is Andre’s younger sister and soon to be Lauren’s sister-in-law. Lauren met Camille at a lovely brunch in Beacon, NY along with Andre’s parents. Lauren was so nervous that day as they took the drive upstate from Brooklyn. Lauren, Andre and his parents sat down at a table waiting on Camille, who was the last to arrive. Once Camille sat down and immediately started making fun of Andre, Lauren quickly realized the pressure was off. Camille is genuine, loving, and always the life of the party! She is incredibly hard-working but also knows how to have a good time, like playing landmines in the Gutierrez kitchen before going skydiving the next day. Lauren is so happy she will be there for her and Andre on their big day.
David Gutierrez

Dave is Andre’s older brother; 5 years separates them, so naturally Andre was the annoying one growing up. Some of Andre’s fondest memories were watching Dave play baseball, even though Andre’s job was to fetch foul balls or make sure there was Gatorade in the cooler. The brothers grew closer as they got older, especially once Andre started attending NYU. Andre credits Dave for a lot during those 4 years at NYU, but none more important than when he allowed his younger brother to crash on the floor of his studio apartment for an entire summer so Andre could kickstart his career at RBC. Regardless of their age difference, the Gutierrez brothers have always been there for each other – so it is only fitting that Gutierrez will DJ his younger brother’s wedding come October 1st, 2022!
Emily Gutierrez

Emily is Andre’s youngest sister and soon to be Lauren’s sister-in-law. Lauren met Emily during a lunch date in Brooklyn, NY. Since then, they have spent some time together for birthday celebrations, holidays in Poughkeepsie, and on Lauren and Andre’s couch perusing the internet for family history. Emily is honest, caring and has so much love for the world beyond herself. She also played a huge role in making sure no one ruined Andre and Lauren's candid engagement photos. For that, Lauren is forever grateful, and is so excited to have Emily by her and Andre’s side on their wedding day.
Thaddeus Wawryk

TJ is the little brother Andre never had, and he reminds him every single day. No one can get under Andre’s skin the way TJ can, but at the end of the day Andre loves him. TJ is the youngest of the PK crew, but it was the Wawryk household that eventually became Andre’s second home. TJ was always down to hang out and spent the most time in the city with Andre before he finally moved down. Like the other PK boys, they love craft beer, arguing about anything and everything, but most importantly picking each other up when they need it the most; like when Andre and Lauren were locked in their apartment with no way out. TJ will forever be Andre’s 1st choice for a jeopardy teammate, 1st choice for a dog trainer, and definite 1st choice to be voted off the island if they are ever stranded.
Samantha Orban

Samantha is Lauren's younger, much taller cousin and former roommate! As kids when Sam would visit NY, they enjoyed slumber parties and holidays at grandma’s house. Then, a few years ago they had the pleasure of living together in the Bronx while Sam explored NYC living and Lauren was finishing graduate school. When they weren't doing important life stuff, they were taking trips to Trader Joe's and enjoying nights out in NYC. Sam even convinced Lauren to go to the HIMYM bar before Lauren had watched the show (if you know Andre, this is one of his favorite shows that Lauren has now watched from start to finish). Although Sam and Lauren have mostly lived far apart, they have grown closer over the years and maybe one day they will live in the same state again!
Peter Brocker

Andre and Pete have shared many memories over their 15+ years of friendship, which also began at the Wawryk household. Andre was a kid who dreamed of living in NYC; Pete was deathly afraid of NYC. Andre wanted to watch sports; Pete wanted to watch the news. Somehow, it all worked out. Pete eventually moved to NYC, even though his first trip to see Andre included getting lost at the 125th ST transfer. The first few years were spent at dive bars across the village, as Andre supported Pete’s aspiration of being a comedian. Although SOME laughs were shared at Pete’s expensive, the memories from all those nights will last a lifetime. And, while the days of Dallas BBQ may be behind them (thankfully), the nights of endless political arguments aren’t and for that, Andre’s thankful.
Eva Incoll

Eva and Lauren were college roommates for four years at SUNY Albany. Eva introduced Lauren to tofu stir fry, country music, Loehmann’s, and the lovely town of Chappaqua. They spent many nights in college belting Ridin’ Solo before taking the bus to Chubby’s for $4 cocktails. And after a long night out, bagels and coffee at Uncommon Grounds was a must the next morning. Australia may be far away, but they have always kept in touch like nothing ever changed. Eva is the friend that will always remind you how pretty you are, even when you’re not feeling your best (and for that, we love her). Lauren was lucky enough to be part of Eva’s special day and is now so happy Eva gets to be part of hers.
Jonathan "Drama" Marin

It’s not often you meet a best friend later in life, let alone on a softball field, but that’s what happened when Andre met Jon in 2015. To quote Michael Scott, both Andre and Jon’s weaknesses are that they work too hard and care too much. Their passion and emotion can sometimes cause friction, but deep down they both know they share the best of intentions and would never steer the other down the wrong path. Jon is Andre’s biggest supporter and has been since the day they met. He’s always encouraged Andre to find happiness, whether it be at work, playing sports to relieve stress, or most importantly going after Lauren; failure and negativity are never options. Andre couldn’t envision getting through the last few years without Jon and feels lucky to have him as both a groomsman and a friend
Petra Pendroff

Where to begin! Petra is Lauren’s oldest and dearest friend. They met in Middle School in the Bronx when they were 10 years old and have been friends ever since. Lauren thought she messed it all up when she spilled soda on Petra’s jacket on a school trip, but to Lauren’s relief Petra stuck around. Lauren is so grateful for their friendship and has been waiting over 20 years for Petra to be part of her special day. Petra has always been an incredible friend and has been Lauren’s rock through some of life’s toughest moments. Even through thousands of miles of long distance, they stuck by each other. And now they are able to share this beautiful moment together. (I’m not crying, you’re crying!)
Francisco "Cisco" Solorzano

Couples often talk about falling in love the first time they met, or how they knew they’d be together forever from the first time they spoke. Well, that can also be true about friends as it was with Andre and Cisco. Their relationship began on the softball field and extended to The Gibson every Thursday night in the summer of 2015, and quickly turned into a friendship that would last forever. Cisco is Andre’s ride or die; he’s the one that yells at him when he needs to grow up but hugs him when he needs it the most. Cisco can be a voice of reason but also the voice in Andre’s head whispering “let’s go to the bar”. No matter the time or the place, Andre can always count on Cisco to be there (probably late).
Allison Kelley

Allison and Lauren were college roommates for all four years at SUNY Albany. On paper they are total opposites but somehow things just seemed to click from day one. They always laughed at how two girls from the same state could sound so different and never missed an opportunity to make fun of each other’s "accents". They became great friends over the years and always made time to see each other, even when Lauren lived in the far away land of the Bronx. In college they loved dancing, beating boys in beer pong, and taking fuzzy pictures on a flip phone or digital camera to upload to Facebook (yikes, we’re old). Allison is truly one of a kind and would do anything for her friends. She is a beautiful person inside and out and Lauren is lucky to have her in her life and in her wedding.
Richard Kolb

Without knowing each other, Andre and Richie joined the same softball league in Brooklyn but for different reasons. Andre was looking to meet people, while Richie just wanted to play. They quickly bonded over their love of the game, gambling, the NY Red Bulls, and beer. What Andre didn’t realize at the time was that Richie would be instrumental in introducing him to Lauren. Without Richie, Andre would have never met or fallen in love with her. Like Andre, Richie also played on 100 different softball teams and needed a CF for his Saturday team, which Lauren happened to be on. The rest is history. Andre will never be able to repay him for that simple introduction, but luckily for him there are plenty of sports bets to be made and craft breweries to explore. Maybe one day, they’ll be even.
Stephanie Harnen

Stephanie is the best man's wife and good friend of both Andre and Lauren. Andre met Steph about 8 years ago when him and Trevor reconnected (see: Andre’s best man speech for the full story). Because the boys were so close, Lauren was lucky enough to spend a lot of time getting to know Steph. Here’s what she learned: They both love mac and cheese, martinis, wings, and any activity where some competition is involved. Pretty soon after meeting it was clear they didn’t need the boys to hang out anymore and started making their own plans to get their nails done or just go out for a few drinks. Lauren is so grateful for the time they spent together in Brooklyn and looks forward to making lots of new memories wherever life takes them!
Bryan Valletta

Bryan is another honorary member of the PK Crew, meeting Andre in high school. The boys got close during college with Andre’s favorite memory being Bryan’s 9am wake up calls that he made while tailgating. During Andre’s last year at NYU, Bryan frequented his apartment in Washington Heights – most notably when he “decorated” the apartment for X-mas. The two became roommates shortly after Andre’s graduation and were inseparable for years. Andre credits Bryan for getting him into college football but most importantly, Bryan was Addison’s first uncle; he always took care of her as if she were his own and Andre will forever be grateful. Given their love for both Addison and college football, it’s only fitting that Bryan will be next to Andre come October; Andre promises to root for GT that day.
Alyssa McEwan

Alyssa has known Andre for over 15 years, growing up together in PK with most of the groomsmen, one being her husband and very good friend of Andre’s. Lauren had the pleasure of getting to know Alyssa because Chris and Andre were always searching for the latest cocktail bar or craft beer spot in the city and the ladies were of course always invited. The first time the two hung out without the boys, Alyssa made tacos in their UES apartment while Chris and Andre went to a Ranger game. The night ended at Trinity Pub and soon after there would be so many more nights like these. Alyssa is an amazing person and has always welcomed Lauren into her life with open arms, and Lauren is so thankful for their friendship. It is an honor to have Alyssa there not only for Andre but for her as well!
Christopher McEwan

Andre and Chris met when the two began working at Finish Line during the summer of 2016. Over the last 15 years the boys have forged a friendship that will last a lifetime. Andre had the privilege of watching Chris meet and fall in love with his wife Alyssa and the honor of standing next to them a few years later when they both said, “I do”. For the last 8 or so years, the boys have shared NYC as a home and have spent their weekends drinking craft beer and searching for the city’s best old fashioned. They have road tripped across the country to watch the Yankees play, and although they rarely can agree on the state of the team, their friendship will never break. Andre is honored to have Chris standing by his side and is looking forward to toasting with an old fashioned after the reception.
Steffen Reimuth

The first time Andre met Steffen as a freshman in high school, he’s pretty sure Steffen threatened to beat him up. The biggest bully in school ultimately grew into the gentlest giant of the group. He and Andre are two peas in a pod; they love hiking, the outdoors, Addison & Logan, long Jeep drives, and yes, craft beer. They also share a love of country music; every year Zac Brown tours in the area the two find themselves in the GA Pit, serenading one another, while Lauren and Elyse stare on in amusement. Yes, there is video evidence. Although they can’t see each other as often as they’d like, the boys always make it a priority to never miss the big moments. Steffen has one of the biggest hearts and both Andre and Lauren are honored to have him as their officiant.
Addison Marie Gutierrez
Best Woman
Addison is Andre’s best friend in the entire world, sorry to everyone above. She has been by his side every single day since June of 2012. Although they started by living in Washington Heights, they quickly made their way to Brooklyn and have been embedded in the dog culture ever since. For a long time it looked like it would just be the two of them (and Bryan), which she was okay with as long as dad had treats, but she knew he wanted something more. Once Addy met Lauren and saw how happy her dad was, she quickly put on her best behavior and made Lauren fall in love. Lauren probably fell for Addison before Andre, but that’s okay. Now Addy has two loving parents that she’d go anywhere with, although she does prefer Brooklyn.
