White Wedding= This is a black tie affair, so please avoid wearing tee shirts, jeans or any layman’s clothing. Suits must be dark blue or black. Floor length ball gowns are preferred. Traditional Wedding= Each family member will be wearing a custom-made outfit to ensure that our family garb is the same. For those traveling from the USA to Nigeria, we should have your measurements already, however, we will reach out to any new RSVPS for your measurements.
The White wedding will start promptly at 5pm. Please come about 15-30 mins beforehand.
Being that we are at full venue capacity, we can only accommodate for the guests that we have invited. This means no plus ones.
The white wedding’s ceremony is set to take place outside and the reception will take place inside at the same venue. Should there be any unexpected rain, we will move the festivities indoors for both the ceremony & reception. The traditional wedding is set to take place inside an event venue center in Lagos.
The travel page has a list of hotels we recommend for our guests to stay in. Please look there for any details on hotel information.
RSVPS are due no later than June 19th! - this is for both weddings so please plan accordingly.
If you are from the USA coming to Nigeria, a separate list of instructions will be provided for you. This will include travel arrangements & attire for the wedding.
When you click the RSVP link, you will be able to select which wedding you are attending & decline attendance of the other. Following the steps on the RSVP page is where you can officially RSVP for either wedding.
We’re thankful to have you celebrate with us twice! You can also RSVP that you will be attending both weddings on the RSVP link, found on the home page.
We will miss you, however, we understand that not everyone can make it to both occasions. Please mark “not attending” for both the Traditional & the White weddings so that we can plan accordingly.
