We invite our guests to dress in dressy summer attire that feels elegant yet comfortable for a warm Southern evening. Women might choose a light midi or maxi dress in airy fabrics, and men could wear a lightweight blazer with dress pants, or simply a collared shirt with dress slacks. Since the ceremony will be held on the lawn, women may want to consider dressy sandals, block heels, or wedges. While we hope everyone enjoys dressing up for our special day.
Our venue offers two parking lots with easy access and space for up to 70 cars. If possible, we kindly encourage guests to carpool and enjoy the time together on the way. From both lots, it is only a short walk to the entrance, with a few steps or a gentle incline. If walking on an incline isn’t ideal, attendants will be on-site, and a golf cart shuttle will be available to bring you directly to the front door.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 pm. We kindly ask that you arrive between 4:30 and 4:45 pm to allow time to get settled. Water stations will be available—please help yourself to a glass, find a seat on either side, and take a moment to relax and soak in the majestic views. We can’t wait to share this unforgettable evening with you!
We hope you can join us to celebrate our special day! While a formal invitation will follow, if you already know you’ll be able to attend, we’d love to hear from you. RSVPs are handled online—please use the link to share your response and any details we might need. As we finalize plans with our caterer, we kindly ask that RSVPs be submitted by June 15. Thank you so much for helping us prepare—we can’t wait to celebrate, laugh, and make memories together!
While we aren’t having a fully unplugged evening, we kindly ask that you wait to post photos on social media until the Monday after the wedding. Our biggest hope is that everyone is fully present, enjoying the moment, and making memories together—there will be plenty of time to share the joy online afterward!
