Think light, airy, and comfortable—spring pastels, florals, and soft neutrals are perfect. Sundresses, skirts, and dressy casual outfits for women; button-downs, polos, and nice jeans or slacks for men. Feel free to add a touch of western charm (like boots or a hat) if you'd like! There’s a short walk down a dirt and gravel road, so choose shoes you’ll be comfortable walking in.
We are having a private ceremony at an earlier date, so this gathering will be a reception-only celebration. We can’t wait to party with you!
The reception will be primarily held on the lawn, with dancing to be held in the barn. Late May temperatures typically reach 77°F during the day and drop to around 48°F at night, so consider bringing a light layer for the evening.
Yes! Our reception is family-friendly, but we kindly ask that only children listed on the invitation attend.
We’ll be serving tacos—because what’s a celebration without tacos?! If you have dietary restrictions, please let us know in advance.
Yes! We’ll have an open bar serving beer, wine, and seltzers. Please drink responsibly and plan for a safe ride home.
Of course! Feel free to snap photos and share them using our wedding hashtag: #toastingthedrybreads
Yes! We’ve reserved rooms at Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites, which is 15 miles from the venue. Mention "Schultz Drybread Wedding" or use code SDW when booking for a discounted rate.
The venue is only accessible by a winding road, so please drive slowly and carefully—especially as it gets dark. There will be signs to guide you, and plenty of parking once you arrive! We encourage carpooling if possible.
There’s a short walk down a gravel path to reach the reception area. If anyone in your party may need assistance or has mobility concerns, please let us know ahead of time—the owners are more than happy to shuttle guests from the parking lot to the main area to ensure everyone arrives comfortably.
