Yes, cutoff date to book at the hotel block rate is Tuesday September 21st, 2021.

Registry will be on this website.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Venue will be open 30 minutes prior to the ceremony for you to arrive. That will be 3:30pm MST.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking in the venue's lot in front of the building. Ceremony and reception will be at same location.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our standard answer is cocktail wedding attire (dresses, dress pants, suits, etc) however we are happy to have you attend in what you feel is most comfortable to yourself. Also, please note that we hope to have the ceremony outdoors, weather permitting, and so please dress as you feel comfortable.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, kids are welcomed. Just please be sure to mark as such on RSVP cards. For those kids 10 years and under, there will be a special kid friendly menu. If you have questions about this menu, please give Erin a call and she'll fill you in on the details.

Can I bring a date?

If your invitation included a plus 1 (guest), then yes, please feel free to bring a date. Just be sure to advise so on the RSVP card.
