Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre
One of Colorado’s most iconic spots, Red Rocks offers stunning views, towering sandstone formations, and fresh mountain air all in one unforgettable setting. Explore the trails, wander through the amphitheater, or catch a workout on the famous stairs. If there’s a concert while you’re in town, it’s an incredible place to experience live music under the stars.
Coors Brewery Tour
Take a trip to nearby Golden to visit the iconic Coors Brewery, where you can learn about the brewing process and the history behind one of Colorado’s most well-known beers. Enjoy a laid-back tour, take in the mountain views, and sample a few fresh pours along the way. It’s a fun and easy outing for those of love beer and views!

With towering peaks, sparkling alpine lakes, and wildlife around every corner, it’s the perfect spot for adventure or a peaceful stroll. Just a scenic 1.5+ hour drive from Denver, it’s worth the trip for a day of unforgettable beauty.
Cherry Creek Grill
Just a short walk from most of our room block hotels, Cherry Creek Grill is an upscale bar we love in Denver. Our favorites are the French Dip and the Artichokes. Reservations are recommended to secure a table and enjoy a relaxed evening in their stylish, welcoming space.

Upscale, buzzy Italian hot spot from an acclaimed team with an open kitchen and a fireplace lounge. We celebrated our engagement here!
El Five
El Five sits atop the Lower Highlands neighborhood, a trendy part of Denver known for cool shops, great bars, and some of the city’s best skyline views. The Mediterranean‑inspired small plates make sharing fun, especially the standout paella, creative tapas, and flavorful mezze. The rooftop views of downtown and the mountains are part of the whole experience, if it is warm enough ask for a table on the balcony!
Uncle
Uncle is one of our favorite ramen spots in Denver. We always order the Dandan Noodles and the Softshell Crab Buns. The restaurant does not take reservations at this location, and it can get busy so you might wait for a table during peak dinner hours.
Jovanina's Broken Italian
This moody Italian spot in downtown Denver is one of our favorites. We love their handmade pasta and the bone marrow, definitely recommend asking for a table downstairs for the best vibe.
Sap Sua
Sap Sua is a modern Vietnamese restaurant and cocktail bar on East Colfax in Denver that’s been getting national buzz and awards for its creative menu and vibrant atmosphere. The food changes seasonally but highlights inventive dishes rooted in Vietnamese flavors. The dining room takes reservations and it’s worth booking ahead if you want a table during peak times, otherwise the bar area often has walk-in spots.
The Boulder Dushanbe Teahouse
Located about 40 minutes the venue in Boulder, the Dushanbe Teahouse is a must-visit spot for tea lovers. Boulder is known for its charming downtown, stunning mountain views, and outdoor lifestyle. The teahouse itself was handcrafted in Tajikistan and features more than 80 premium teas and globally inspired dishes. Afternoon Tea is available, and reservations are recommended to enjoy the full experience.
