What does transportation look like?

Answer

The airport is about a 40‑minute drive from the hotel, so the easiest way to get around is by Uber, Lyft, or a rental car. If you plan to drive to the venue, you’re in luck—overnight parking is allowed. Just be sure to pick up your car by noon the next day. This means you could drive to the venue, enjoy the celebration, and then Uber home if you don’t want to deal with late-night driving. For guests staying at our room block hotels, walking or a short Uber/Lyft ride can get you to nearby restaurants, bars, and downtown spots easily.

When should I book my hotel?

Answer

We recommend booking your hotel as soon as possible. Our room blocks are guaranteed until September 22, 2026. After that date, we cannot guarantee the discounted rates. We have three hotels available at different price points. You can find all the options and the special room block rates under the Travel tab, along with a link to book directly. Each hotel’s discounted price is listed so you can choose the best fit for your stay.

Will there be photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We’re having an unplugged ceremony, which means we ask guests to put away phones, cameras, and other devices. We want everyone to be fully present and enjoy the moment with us. Our professional photographer will capture all the special memories, and we’ll share the photos afterward so you can relive the day.
