We are so excited to celebrate with you in Chiefland, Florida! Because our wedding will require travel for many of our guests, we encourage everyone to begin planning early to secure the best rates on flights and rental cars.

✈️AIRPORT INFORMATION

The nearest major airport is: Tampa International Airport (TPA) Approximately 2–2.5 hours from Chiefland. We recommend renting a car upon arrival, as transportation from the airport to hotels will not be provided. The venue is located in a rural area where ride-share services may be limited. Booking flights and rental cars in advance is strongly encouraged.

We recommend staying in Gainesville, Florida, which offers the most hotel options and is approximately 45–60 minutes from our venue in Chiefland. We encourage guests to book within our room block once available, as availability in the area may be limited.

Travel Note

🚌 WEDDING DAY TRANSPORTATION

To ensure everyone can relax and celebrate safely, we will provide shuttle transportation on the wedding day between our recommended Gainesville hotel and the venue in Chiefland. Shuttle schedule and pickup details will be shared closer to the date. Guests flying into Tampa should plan to arrange their own transportation to Gainesville prior to the wedding weekend.
