21c Museum Hotel Durham
This is the main hotel we're recommending because it has an art museum inside of it! It also has a lovely bar/ dining area. Guests who are taking the complimentary shuttle to & from the wedding will be meeting at the CCB plaza (big statue of the Durham city bull) for pick up & drop off. This locaiton is right next door to the hotel. ps: there is a pink penguin statue in each room lol.

The durham hotel is another great option with a rooftop bar! It is only around the block from 21c, so a good location if you're using the complimentary shuttle at CCB plaza for pick up/ drop for the wedding. Breakfast & coffee are wonderful downstairs as well as a drink/dinner menu. This place is a little bit pricier if you're looking for a more upscale stay! ps: highly recommend an espresso martini on the rooftop at sunset!

If staying in a home is more your style or you're traveling with a bigger group/ family- we recommend using Airbnb in Durham. Durham can have some sketchier parts of town so just be mindful of where you choose to stay. Reach out to us if you're unsure of a neighborhood. :)
