A small deposit is required per group to secure your booking, with full payment due 70 days prior to departure. Guests traveling from the U.S., England, Spain, Venezuela, or outside of Canada are kindly requested to book directly with Barceló Bávaro Palace under our exclusive wedding room block. You must reserve your room by July 7th, 2026. This is a land-only package; flights are not included and must be arranged separately. Our group rate offers a 20% discount along with a flexible booking policy, allowing modifications or cancellations up to 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations are available for stays between January 3rd and January 12th. To secure your room, a valid credit card is required at the time of booking. Please note, this is only to guarantee your reservation—full payment will be made upon arrival at the resort. We kindly encourage all guests to book within our room block to ensure access to our group benefits and to be included in all wedding-related events and experiences.
