Answer

Guests traveling from Canada will have access to a one-week all-inclusive package rate. If you prefer a shorter stay (e.g., 5 days), please contact the travel agency directly for customized pricing. All guests are asked to arrive on January 4th and depart on January 11th. The wedding will take place on January 7th, with planned activities running from January 5th through January 10th. Following the wedding, we are hosting an exclusive yacht day for those who wish to join us for a visit to Isla Saona—one of the most beautiful islands in the Caribbean. For guests looking for more adventure, optional buggy (boogie) excursions will also be available—another fun and exciting activity to enjoy! P.S. For guests traveling from Europe and England, we understand the longer travel time and time difference. A 10-day stay option is available (same rate) should you wish to extend your trip and enjoy more time with your family through the Barceló group reservation. The wedding couple will be returning to Canada on January 12th. Weepa!

Question

Is the resort kid-friendly and able to accommodate food allergies? Is the resort kid-friendly and able to accommodate food allergies?

Answer

Yes, very. Barceló resorts are actually designed with families in mind. - Buffets and à la Carte usually have a variety of options, which helps accommodate dietary needs - Staff can often prepare special meals upon request. (Please let the wedding couple know about your allergies prior to travelling) - They offer kids’ clubs, playgrounds, and supervised activities so children can be entertained while adults relax - The Barcelo Bavaro Palace includes water parks, kids’ pools, and family-friendly entertainment - There are even kid-focused buffets and activities that make it easy for families to enjoy meals and downtime together 👉 For a destination wedding, this is ideal—kids have plenty to do during events and downtime. Also, we have a dedicate babysitter for the wedding group.
