Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! Your whole family is invited. If you want a kid-free night go for it, the decision is up to you. If you need recommendations for babysitters in the area just ask!

Is there parking at the ceremony or reception?

Answer

No. There is no parking available at the House. Please park at the Courtyard by Marriot in Tarrytown. We will have shuttles running in a loop from 3:30-5 (last pick up around 4:30) and from 9-Midnight between the hotel and venue. You can also always take a cab!

Where should I stay?

Answer

We highly recommend for Saturday you stay in our Hotel Block at the Courtyard in Tarrytown. This will give you the easiest access to the shuttles for our wedding as well as give you the most opportunity to spend time with all our other family and friends who will be visiting. 

If you are not familiar with New York and want to extend your trip to more fully experience the city, there are endless ways to do that!

What shoes should I wear?

Answer

While most of the activity will be happening on a bricked surface, you will have to walk on some soft grass. Stilettos or spiked heels are not recommended.

Do I need a jacket?

Answer

Yes. It gets pretty chilly at night in the Hudson Valley. While all the dancing, food and drinks will help keep you warm, you will appreciate having a jacket with you!
