Expect summer to be in full swing! Southern summers are extra hot so please make sure to pack proper attire for any activities you do around our city. All of our wedding events will be indoors, so there is no need to plan for any specific weather on our wedding day!
We have a precise count of guests so we ask that only those those addressed on the invitation attend.
We love the kiddos but our wedding day will be adult only. For any families traveling in from out of town in need of sitter services, please let us know as we can help coordinate.
Yes! the Kimpton offers valet parking for guests for a fee. There are also garage and street parking options around the hotel.

There are many other hotels around our venue including Courtyard by Marriott, Omni Charlotte, Aloft Charlotte etc.. If you are looking to stay in an Air Bnb or outside of uptown, we recommend staying in the South End, Dilworth, NoDa, Plaza Midwood, or Elizabeth neighborhoods. They are close to our venue and have great restaurants, shops, and things to do in a walking distance. Our venue is very close to Bank of America Stadium, which hosts Charlotte FC games over the summer. In the event there is a scheduled game on our wedding day, we ask that you plan additional travel time to our venue as traffic and road closures are expected.
