Important Travel Advisory

March is high season in the Caribbean, which will greatly increase demand for flights and accommodations. Please book your flights early, ideally before January 2025. I also recommend downloading the app 'Hopper' to monitor when it’s the best time to purchase your flights, ensuring you get the best deals! Confirming your attendance is very important, and we kindly ask that you do so by October-November. My travel agent, Aaron Coalson, has already contacted most of you with details for booking at JOIA Rose Hall by Iberostar. Early booking is still encouraged, as payment plans or deposits can be arranged to secure your stay. **IMPORTANT – There are 2 steps to follow: 1) Click on "How to Book Your Stay - Tutorial" at the bottom of the page to understand the process. 2) Then, click the link on the "Hotel" section to access the booking page and secure your reservation.

Flight

Sangster International Airport, Montego Bay, Jamaica

Sangster International Airport (MBJ) in Montego Bay is one of the busiest airports in the Caribbean. To avoid long wait times of up to 2 hours due to high traffic and limited infrastructure, consider adding *Club MoBay* for fast-track VIP access through immigration and security. We will arrange transportation to JOIA Rose Hall by Iberostar; please share your flight details for a seamless transfer. More details on Club MoBay are in the “How to Book - Tutorial” video.

JOIA Rose Hall by Iberostar

The JOIA Rose Hall by Iberostar is an exquisite, all-inclusive, adults-only resort located just 25 minutes from Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay. With its stunning beachfront and variety of dining options, it's the perfect place to relax and celebrate. For your convenience, transportation from the airport to the hotel will be arranged by us. Early booking is recommended. We strongly recommend staying at the JOIA Rose Hall by Iberostar, as we’ve arranged special rates and accommodations through our travel agent. Having the group in one place helps us stay organized and makes it easier to enjoy time together. We recommend a 4-night stay, arriving on Wednesday to join in more group activities. However, a 3-night stay, which is the minimum requirement, is also an option, arriving just in time for the wedding rehearsal in the afternoon/evening on Thursday. *Please note, if you choose to stay elsewhere, you’ll only be able to attend the wedding ceremony and reception. Unfortunately, participation in other activities will be limited, as they are reserved for hotel guests.* To make your booking process easier, our travel agent has created a special booking page for you, accessible through the link below. You can hold your room with a deposit, and if you wish, you're welcome to stay longer than the suggested 4 nights. If you plan to stay for 4 nights, please book from Wednesday, March 19 to Sunday, March 23. For those opting for 3 nights, the recommended stay is from Thursday, March 20 to Sunday, March 23. Additionally, our travel agent can assist you with flight tickets at no extra charge.
