Right in the heart of downtown Olympia with a great view of the capitol building and an easy walking trail.

Plant based cafe with pastries, brunch/lunch-type foods and great drinks.
The Bread Peddler
Great spot for delicious breads, pastries and other yummy bakery items; a local favorite.
McMenamins Spar Café
Good food/drinks, pool tables and chill vibes.

Where I took Rio to try sushi for the first time; still one of our go to places for sushi.

Great pizza made to order an by the slice; located in downtown Olympia as well as 2 other locations in the surrounding area.
Point Defiance Park
One of my favorite placed to go in Tacoma, they have lots of great trials and a large assortment of dahlias and other flowers to enjoy! Located about 35 minutes north of the wedding venue.
Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium
Lovely zoo to visit if you are in Tacoma; located about 35 minutes north of the venue.
Museum of Glass
Great museum with glass blowing demonstration included; the adjoined restaurant I hear is amazing. Located about 35 minutes north of the venue.
