Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The entire wedding is outdoors :)
Question
Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes-ish; please consider wearing colorful and possibly floral patterned clothing to fit the theme of garden party. For example slacks + button up shirt, pant-suit or dress. Please see gallery for some inspiration on what to wear/what colors to aim for!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes, there is a large lot in the front of the property for you to park at and from there a well lit pathway that will guide you to the festivities.

Is everything in the same location?
Answer
Yes; the entire weekend will be at Larkin Place LLC in Nisqually/Olympia, WA and therefore no transportation such as shuttles will be needed.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Yes, however we would appreciate a heads up as part of your RSVP or via email/text so that we know ahead of time.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! Our bar will be available from cocktail hour until around 9:45/10:00 pm and will include options such as his and hers cocktails, wine, beer and non-alcoholic/mocktail options as well. Flavored water, lemonade and sparking water will also be available throughout the night.

Where can I stay Saturday night?
Answer
So for those who wish for comfort such as a bed, private bathroom and so forth, I would recommend renting an Airbnb or hotel nearby. For those who happen to enjoy camping, you are allowed to camp on the property which also includes a fully functional built in outdoor shower and toilets. If this is something you wish to do, please let us know ahead of time so we can inform the venue as well.

What is the typical weather like?
Answer
Summers in WA state make the rest of the year's slightly gloomy and wet all worth it. Weather will most likely be in the low 70's to high 80's although I will update this closer to the event itself as I cannot see the future. In the shade the air tends to be a little cooler, in the sun nice and warm but not too hot and overall we tend to enjoy tank tops, shorts and a light cardigan/jacket in the evening if the weather is on the cooler side.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
If you would be so kind as to hold off on taking pictures with your phone during the ceremony, we have a wonderful photographer who will capture it all. For the rest of the wedding however, please consider using the app we will provide a QR code, where you can take photos throughout the night and have them automatically uploaded to a shared album. Alternatively, we may just do disposable cameras. TBD.

What should I do if I have a dietary restriction?
Answer
Let us know! As individuals who also have some restrictions, we are no strangers to needing some accommodations so fear not. Ideally with your RSVP so we can know as soon as possible, however the food provided should include options that are dairy-free, vegan, vegetarian and some gluten free options.
