What Does The Timeline Look Like?

We kindly ask that guests arrive and be seated by 4:00 PM, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. You're welcome to arrive earlier, but please note we may still be finishing up final touches and decor setup.

Please RSVP by September 5th, 2025. If you cannot attend, we will miss you and appreciate you letting us know as soon as possible! If you do not RSVP by September 5th, 2025, we are so sorry you cannot make it! We will be finalizing our numbers with Vendors by this time and will be unable to accommodate you.

What Does Dinner Look Like?

We’re excited to have Snuffin’s Catering as our wedding caterer, providing an entirely gluten-free menu. Dinner will feature a Southwest-inspired buffet with pulled spicy mesquite chicken, Sonora-style ground beef, soft and crispy corn tortillas, and a variety of toppings and sides. During cocktail hour, two types of elegant small bites will be served (details coming soon). Beverages will include iced water, freshly brewed coffee, assorted teas, wine, hard cider, and soda. For dessert, cupcakes will be available after the cake cutting.

When you enter your name in the RSVP section, you'll see the names of anyone included in your invitation. Due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate those listed. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!
