One of our FAVORITE beaches. Has a rock you can dive off of into the water, TONS of sand and water for everyone. 2 minutes from the Waimea nature walk.
Makapuu Lookout
Easy, paved trail leading up to a beautiful lighthouse and scenic look of the southeast ocean of the island. Breath taking
Scuba Time
Where we went for Zacks birthday. Amazing instructor and beautiful underwater sites! Great prices too! Book EARLY!
International Market Place
One of the most popular markets on the island. 7 blocks from the ASTON Waikiki. Must see.
Ala Moana Center
Hawaiis LARGEST SHOPPING MALL! Well...its not really a mall. There is SO MUCH to do here. The Japanese Village walk, DOZENS OF food places, activites, stores, events. You name it.
The Brilliant Ox
We went here for Nikki's birthday. MUST TRY THE OXTAIL GRAVY AGED FONDUE FRIES!!
Koko Head
For our more...active guests, you CANNOT come to Ohau without trying to conqure the STAIRS. 1048 steps to the top, climb this mountain to see a panoramic view of the Koko Head Creater and the valley below. See all the way to Chinatown.
Chinatown Market Place
The amount of culture in this city is anything but lacking. Spend a day or two just wondering the streets and find out what you can get into
Kailua Beach Park
Probably our favorite beach...for obvious reasons
Kaena Point State Park
The western most tippy tip of the island. There is a trail that you can take that is a beginner level walk on the beach. You cannot drive here. The road ends. We tried.

DO. IT. If you want a genuine experience with a bit of touristy flare this is the place for you. All of these actors are from the islands they are portraying on a educational scholarship work project. And all the money goes back to them that you spend here.
