We ask that you please arrive to the ceremony at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time.

Answer

The first row of seats at our ceremony will be reserved for immediate family but all other are open seating. There will be assigned tables for the reception and will have name cards with your table number on them on the day to direct you to your table!

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal attire. We suggest that men wear suits or tuxedos and women wear floor-length or cocktail dresses.

The ceremony will take place outside under a covered patio, and we will be moving inside for cocktail hour and the reception.

October is the beginning of Autumn in Idaho and we expect the weather to range from 60 to 75 degrees (about 15 to 23 Celsius), however the weather can always be unpredictable so be sure to check the weather in the area as the wedding gets closer.

To get to the venue, we are planning on offering shuttle services from a nearby hotel, details coming soon. You may opt to drive to the venue as there is plenty of parking on site.

The best gift is you coming to our wedding! Should you wish to contribute, we ask that anything you may want to gift to us, be sent directly to our address in Huntington Beach, as many of us will be traveling for the wedding (including the bride and groom).

After the ceremony, guest will move inside for a cocktail hour where we will be serving hors d'oeuvres. Dinner and the reception will follow.

We are in the middle of finalizing the wedding menu. More information about the meal options will be available when the wedding invites will be out so you can pick your meal and let us know if you have any dietary requirements or allergens.

Unfortunetly, we cannot accomodate additional guests not explicitly included on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding and are excited to celebrate with you!

Guests visiting the United States will need to fill out an ESTA Visa waiver program in order to be allowed in the country. Below is the link to the website to fill in this application which usually gets approved within a couple days. https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/esta
