The "I Do" Part

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the ceremony starts (by 3:00pm). The ceremony itself will be ~15 minutes, followed by a cocktail reception. Ceremony will be outside (weather permitting) in a grassy area - please plan your shoes accordingly (aka. may want to reconsider stilettos).
The "I Pregame" Part

Cocktail reception following ceremony. Open bar, appetizers, corn hole, photo booth. Awkwardly introducing yourself to people you've never met before. All while the bride and groom attempt to be photogenic.
The "I Eat, Drink, & Dance" Part

Dinner, dancing, open-bar, and hopefully a bonfire if weather permits. Wedding party entrance at 4:45pm sharp(ish) so please arrive arrive at least 15 minutes prior to reception start time (4:30pm). 21+ only.
The "I Don't Want to Drive" Part
9:00 pm
We will be offering a shuttle between the hotel and the venue on Saturday. Initial shuttle times as follows. Final shuttle times to be confirmed based on number of guests utilizing the shuttle. To the Venue: -- Trip #1 - 2:30pm, arrive at venue at 3:00pm for the Ceremony To the Hotel: -- Trip #1 - 9:30pm, arrive at hotel at 10:00pm -- Trip #2 - 10:30pm, arrive at hotel at 11:00pm Overnight parking is allowed at the venue so you additionally having the option of driving to the venue, leaving your car overnight, and taking the shuttle back to the hotel. There will be plenty of folks driving back to the venue Sunday morning for you to get a ride. :-)
The "Sleeping" Part

We have a certain number of rooms blocked off for Friday and Saturday night. Trying to get a sense of how many folks plan to stay at the hotel so we can increase the hotel block if needed. Guests have til May 22, 2024 to reserve a room in the hotel block. Will most definitely be an after-party at the hotel after the reception. We'll order some pizza, bring back some booze, and continue to enjoy the night with one another.
