There will be a shuttle provided to and from The Residence Inn hotel. If you are staying at The Canopy, you may walk next door to take the shuttles as well. The first shuttle trip leaves at 4:15pm from the Residence Inn, then it will be back for the second trip around 4:40pm. Everything will take place indoors, with the option to roam out onto the terrace during cocktail hour. Evening shuttle times will be around 11:15pm, 11:45pm and 12:15am.
