Will the Ceremony and Reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The Ceremony is planned to be held outdoors. The cocktail hour is also planned to be held outdoors on a covered patio. The reception will be held indoors. There is an indoor back up plan in case of weather

Day of Transportation and Parking?

Answer

There will be street parking available at our venue free of charge. Shuttle pickup offered from both hotels 4:20pm pickup at The Thompson 4:40pm pickup at Hyatt Place Nashville Downtown

What is the Attire?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
