They even lived together for nearly 11 years, which honestly qualifies as a long term domestic partnership. The rock climbing gym definitely had them on file as a couple at that point. They mountain biked together, got themselves into every kind of adventure, and built a friendship that never once wavered. Their 20s were all about lessons (some learned, some ignored). Their 30s were filled with good times and the kind of memories only best friends can make. And now entering their 40s, they’ve evolved from hockey every Sunday to golf every single Saturday, playing like they’re pros, even though… let’s be real, they definitely are not. Jason has been one of Chris’s closest, truest best friends, the person he can always count on, no matter what. Loyal, steady, in his life through every season and every era. And on top of all of that, Jason is the best, most trustworthy godfather to Peaches the cat, which says everything about how much he means to Chris.
