Question

Can I bring guests or +1/s not noted on my invitation?

Answer

We have addressed our invitations to the guests we are able to accommodate. If you have been given a plus one, it will appear next to your name when you RSVP. Please ensure you are responding for yourself and your named guest only. Due to limited space, we are unable to accommodate additional guests beyond those listed on the invitation.

Can I bring my kids?

Although we do love kids, we ask that you please leave your little ones at home!

Will the ceremony or reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors (weather permitting). The reception will be inside with glass walls opened. The venue sits atop a hill, offering a stunning view at sunset. Please keep this in mind when planning your attire. Floor-length dresses are recommended, and for those chilly evening breezes, we suggest bringing a cardigan or sweater for the ghouls and a blazer or suit jacket for the goblins.

Is there a dress code?

We’d love to see our family and friends dress up with us! Dress code is semi-formal: • Ladies: Floor-length dresses in black or deep, rich colors (dark tones, please). Mid-calf or Tea Length are acceptable. • Gentlemen: Dress shirt (black or dark tones). You can add a blazer, sports coat, tie, or vest. • Please, no jeans or casual wear. Gothic-inspired attire or accessories are encouraged—don’t hold back! Think elegant goth, vintage, Victorian, dark and moody.

Yes! 150 Spots right infront of building and not a far walk at all.

Can I take pictures?

During the Ceremony we kindly request that you enjoy this special moment presently with us and leave all cell phones or cameras in your purse or pocket. We have hired an awesome team of photographers to capture every detail of the wedding and we will of course share those photos with you afterwards! After the ceremony, we would love for you to capture our special day and we encourage you to snap away!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please consider this is a weekday and Bayarea traffic is extremely congested. Traffic starts around 1:30-2:00p. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30PM. Please arrive no later than 4:00PM to allow time to park, enter the venue & find a seat. Due to pathway layouts, all walkways leading to the ceremony will be closed at 4:29PM for the ceremony, No late entry into the ceremony will be permitted.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the hotel is conveniently situated just 13 minutes from our venue in light traffic conditions. Free parking.
