Chicago has 2 major airports: O’Hare International (ORD) and Midway (MDW). You can fly into either one, and both offer plenty of transportation options to downtown, including taxis, and public transit (the Chicago "L" trains connect directly to both airports).
When it comes to where to stay, Chicago has tons of hotel / Airbnb options—feel free to book wherever works best for you! If you want to be close to the venue, we recommend looking for hotels in The Loop neighborhood, however be aware, it’s also the most tourist‑heavy part of the city. If you want to be near restaurants and shops, we recommend staying in the River North, Streeterville, or Gold Coast areas. Consider our neighborhood, Lincoln Park / Old Town for a more relaxed vibe. If you want something trendier, the West Loop / Fulton Market has tons of amazing restaurants and bars.
