A bus will be departing the Chiusi - Chianciano Terme train station at 3:00 p.m. (1500 hrs) to take guests to the venue.

Upon arrival, guests can check in. This is when you will get your keys and rooming assignments! The bar will open at 4:00 p.m. prior to the welcome party for anyone who wants to enjoy a beverage upon arrival.
7:30 pm - 10:30 pm
Tuscan Countryside Dinner Party Attire: Dress like you're going to an alfresco dinner party and trying to impress your partners nonna who you are meeting for the first time. For the ladies - flowy dresses, two piece sets, skirts. For the guys - shorts or pants, button up shirts. Nothing fancy!
To kick off the celebration we are hosting a welcome party and dinner the night before the wedding. There will be various appetizers, pizza, and plenty of wine and beer. The dinner goes until 10:30, but the bar will be open until midnight.

Poolside Attire: Wear bathing suits, short-sleeved button downs or shirts, sundresses, shorts, sandals. Whatever is comfortable to lounge in under the sun.
