Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, VERY Formal. No sundresses, no beach clothes, no flip flops etc. Although we getting married at a beach resort. Nothing will happen on the sand. We will be under a private, air-conditioned marquee (Tent). Be real Haitian and dress up! 👨🏾‍💼👩🏾‍💼 P.S. My future wife is very adamant about you guys wearing very formal clothing and not beachy clothes.

Do I have to stay at the resort?

Answer

Although we urge you to spend at least the night of our wedding at the resort, you do not have to stay at Royal Decameron. You can stay home with family or at surrounding hotels. However, to attend the wedding, the resort will ask you to pay for a day pass.

Do I need to pay for food and drinks?

Answer

Wakanda Question is That? NO! 🙅🏾‍♂️🙅🏾‍♀️ Once you check-in you will eat, drink and enjoy the resort at no additional cost.

Is the resort Kid friendly?

Answer

It is. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 However our wedding is NOT. We want this wedding to the best party of the year where you can just let go and have uncensored fun, in beautiful Haiti.

No, they are not. We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! Let us know if you need special accommodations.

Can I make a payment plan for the room reservation?

Answer

You can make a payment plan for your room by Calling 1 (855) 308-0375 or by sending an email to reservation.haiti@Decameron.com. Remember to mention the names of the soon-to-be married couple. Don't wait too late if you'd like to use this option.

Can I book through a third party?

Answer

Yes, you can. If you book through a third party. Please read the VERY IMPORTANT travel note at the bottom of the Hotel/Travel page of the website, and send us the information required.

When should I make my reservation? what is the deadline?

TODAY!!! Although you have until October 15th to reserve your room at Royal Decameron, we recommend that you don't wait last minute to do so because vacancy is low in December. If you have any question or special request call the venue and let the Bride and groom know.

What happens if I don't make my room reservation before October 15th?

Answer

if you miss the deadline, you will not get the special rate that has been locked-in for our friends and family. The resort will also release the reserved rooms back to the public.

When should I book my flight?✈️

Answer

AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! Flights, for December to Haiti, are in high demand. To escape the rising prices, try to book your ticket at your earliest convenience.
