Answer

We please ask that all guests let us know by October 1st whether they will be able to attend to give our vendors ample time to prepare for the big day.

Question

What is the dress code? What is the dress code?

Answer

For the wedding, we request that guests wear black-tie, cocktail, or semi-formal attire. For ladies, this can be tea-length or floor-length dresses. For gentlemen, suits or business casual. We ask for guests to avoid white dresses. Bridesmaids will be in emerald green; however, this color is not off-limits for guests, as it will be on display throughout the wedding and consistent with our winter theme. For our wedding and venue, there is no such thing as too much! If you would like to embrace Texas charm, we would be honored to see you in your best Texas hats or boots, but please refrain from wearing jeans or denim. For the welcome party, guests are asked to be comfortable with cold-weather casual attire and show out in their Texas best! For those invited to the rehearsal dinner, dressy casual or relaxed cocktail attire in rich winter tones, soft neutrals, and warm textures is recommended. Sweater dresses, midi dresses, tailored pants, blazers, and stylish winter layers are all welcome.

Question

Where are you registering for gifts?Where are you registering for gifts?

Answer

We are incredibly grateful for the love and support that surrounds us as we step into this next chapter together. Because we already share a home and have everything we need for daily life, we’ve chosen not to have a traditional gift registry. What we cherish most are experiences, memories, and the adventures that shape our story. As we begin our marriage, we’re setting out on our next great adventure together: a honeymoon walking all 600 miles of the Camino de Santiago from France to the shores of Spain. It’s a journey rooted in reflection, connection, and intention as a meaningful way for us to start our life as husband and wife, one step at a time. It might not be Italy or Hawaii, but we understand for all of our guests it is still a destination wedding, and are absolutely grateful for everyone taking the time and money to celebrate us. If you feel moved to give, we have a contribution link located on this website under the Registry tab. Your generosity will help carry us across winding trails, quiet villages, shared meals, and unforgettable moments we’ll hold close for the rest of our lives. Above all, please know that your attendence to our special day and the presence, love, and support you share with us are the greatest gifts we could ask for.
