Every city worth it's salt needs it's own pizza and Detroit is no exception! Buddy's is considered the OG spot and right downtown, but Como's in Ferndale is our personal favorite.
Eastern Market
You know somethings gotta be good if it's been around 150+ years! Go to this Urban Market close to downtown if you wish to grab a bite, maybe some produce, or just absorb some culture at this legendary market.
Motown Museum
Detroit's rich musical history is chronicled here at the Motown Museum. Although Kid Rock, Eminem and Anthony Kiedis will be missing, learn about the start of Motown and the way musicians like Stevie Wonder, Smokey Robinson and Aretha Franklin revolutionized music and shaped history.
Ivanhoe Cafe - The Polish Yacht Club
A Kozerski family favorite starting with Grandma Jane & Grandpa Ted. The best place for fried perch. A little about the history... "In 1962 one of our friends went home after spending the day with us and his wife asked “where have you been? And don’t say the Polish Yacht Club. Thus started the Polish Yacht Club."

One of the most beautiful art museums both inside and out! Featuring works by Vincent van Gogh, Pablo Picasso and Rembrandt in the DIA collection.
