Please RSVP by December 12, 2025—but the earlier, the better! It helps us plan with love and intention, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you.
U.S. citizens and residents do not need a passport. You can travel using a valid form of identification like a REAL ID driver's license, passport, and green card. It is considered a domestic trip for U.S. immigration purposes.
The bride and groom will be arriving on Monday, April 20th to kick off their wedding week vacation. If you're in the wedding party, we kindly ask that you arrive by Tuesday, April 21st if you'd like to take part in our pre-wedding activities. For all other guests, we recommend flying in by Thursday morning, April 23rd, as festivities will begin that afternoon leading up to the wedding on Friday, April 24th. Arriving early is a great way to relax, explore San Juan, and ease into the celebration—be sure to check out some of our favorite spots and activities on the Things to Do page!
San Juan's Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport – SJU
We recommend staying in Old San Juan, Condado, Isla Verde, or Ocean Park for the most convenient and enjoyable experience during the wedding weekend. Old San Juan offers charming cobblestone streets and rich history. Condado is a vibrant beachfront area with luxury hotels, great restaurants, and lively nightlife. Isla Verde is near the airport and home to beautiful beachfront resorts. Ocean Park is a quieter, residential beach neighborhood with a relaxed vibe, great for guests who want a more local feel while still being close to the action. We encourage you to book early, as San Juan is a popular destination—especially in the spring! Hotels can be on the pricier side, so we also recommend exploring Airbnb for more budget-friendly and flexible options.
Yes! The dress code is semi-formal. We kindly ask guests to wear shades within the brown, tan, and beige color palette—think chocolate, caramel, taupe, sand, or espresso. Please avoid wearing white or cream. Since the ceremony and reception will be outside, we recommend bringing comfortable shoes suitable for grass, stone paths, and dancing under the stars!
We recommend arriving at the transportation pick-up location by 2:30 PM to ride the bus to the venue. We highly encourage all guests to take the bus for ease and a shared experience! If you’re driving, please plan to arrive at the venue by 3:30 PM to be seated before the ceremony begins. There is on-site parking available.
The ceremony and reception will be held outdoors at the beautiful Hacienda Siesta Alegre, surrounded by lush gardens and breathtaking views of El Yunque.
Absolutely! The evening will begin with a cocktail hour featuring appetizers, followed by a plated dinner. We’ll also have an open bar to keep the celebration flowing all night long. If you have any dietary restrictions, please be sure to let us know when you RSVP.
Yes! We will provide roundtrip transportation between the hotel and the ceremony venue. Buses will depart from a designated pick-up location near the hotel. We strongly encourage all guests to ride the bus. More details on timing and pick-up location will be shared closer to the big day!
Due to the intimate nature of our wedding and a guest capacity of 60, invitations have been extended only to those listed by name. However, if you are traveling with a significant other or friend, they are more than welcome to attend the welcome event and after-party. We are truly grateful to celebrate this special occasion with you.
We love your little ones! However, we’ve chosen to keep our celebration an adults-only event to keep things intimate. We hope this will be a fun and restful getaway for you, and we truly appreciate your understanding.
